Why Christian Fundamentalists Should Be Very Permissive Of Abortion

When a Christian Fundamentalist says
 "I doubt God wants babies murdered in the womb for no good reason."

[Note. This is, word for word, what a Christian just said to me.
And it's not the first time]

It's really odd to hear them say "for no good reason".

It's not as if pregnant girls/women sit around after finding out they are pregnant ... and say "I'm bored. And I hear the abortion clinic gives out free orange juice and cookies. I'm tempted to go get a casual abortion. Anyone have a coin I can flip?"

Setting that aside,

I don't care what Christian fundamentalists' conceptualization of "God" wants.

But a Christian fundamentalist

supposedly cares what "He" wants.

And according to their religion,

"He" wants to REFRAIN from interfering with anyone's "Free Will" ... no matter how much hates whatever people are doing with that Free Will.

Their "God's" personal moral priorities

demands(!)

that He not be guilty of interfering with any such exercise.

As such, He would not want anyone acting as his hands, to interfere on his behalf

with anyone's Free Will.

 Otherwise, he would still be guilty of interfering.

As such,

every vote cast,

and every picket-sign protest,

and every act of domestic violence

in an attempt to legally and/or illegally prevent

an abortion

is a defiance AGAINST the very same "God"

they claim to believe in.

Bibles literally FORBID followers from voting to prevent abortions.

In fact, they forbid "the Faithful" from voting to pass laws at all;

because (again) they're forbidden from interfering with anyone's free will.

Per their own lore,
they're only deputized by their Cosmic Sherriff to preach, and to protect their self and their family, and to live within the constraints laid out for them by their book.

 When they step outside of the limits their book sets for them,

they're defying their "God" and his "Holy Spirit";

according to the principals of their religion.

----

Also, it would make more sense for such a God to  <3  abortion.

"Put first the kingdom".

Prioritize the "saving of souls".

"Deliver unto God what is His".

Every "baby" aborted

is another soul spared the RISK and PROBABLE outcome of your religion's "Hell" (according to their religion);

 sent directly into Heaven,
where they'll be safe and happy for eternity.

It also means they're being spared the risks and sufferings of an earthy life;

which no "God" apparently thinks is "necessary" or else they wouldn't ever let "babies" die.

-Not that "death" is actually death,

if a soul is merely being liberated from their carnal prison-body.
